Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 6, 2026

Introduction

At Skyce iT LLC, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our IT services.

Information Collection

When you submit a request, we collect the name, contact details, selected service, and message that you provide. We also record the city, region, country, device type, operating system, browser, referring website, and advertising attribution tags included in the link (such as UTM or click IDs) to understand and respond to requests. To protect the form from repeated abuse, we create a salted, one-way hash of the IP address; we do not store the plain IP address with the request.

Data Usage

We use the information from your request to respond to your inquiry, discuss or provide services, and protect the request system from abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Request Storage and Providers

We store website requests in Cloudflare D1. Resend and the Telegram Bot API process private notifications sent to our team; those immediate notifications may include the visitor IP address for security and lead follow-up, but the raw IP address is not stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies form submissions to help prevent automated abuse.

Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website use and performance. Google Analytics may process usage information under its own privacy practices. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures performance without cookies. We do not send request form fields to either analytics service.

Retention and Your Choices

Website request records in Cloudflare D1 are automatically deleted after two years. Copies delivered to our private email or Telegram notifications may remain in those services until we delete them or a provider applies its own retention policy. Email us to request a copy of the information associated with your request, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion where permitted by law. To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify that you control the contact method used in the request.
