When you submit a request, we collect the name, contact details, selected service, and message that you provide. To protect the form from repeated abuse, we also create a salted, one-way hash of the IP address; we do not store the plain IP address with the request.

We use the information from your request to respond to your inquiry, discuss or provide services, and protect the request system from abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Request Storage and Providers
We store website requests in Cloudflare D1. Resend processes the notification email sent to our team, and Cloudflare Turnstile verifies form submissions to help prevent automated abuse.
Website Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website use and performance. Google Analytics may process usage information under its own privacy practices. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures performance without cookies. We do not send request form fields to either analytics service.
Retention and Your Choices
We retain request information only while needed to respond, administer services, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations. Email us to request a copy of the information associated with your request, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion where permitted by law. To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify that you control the contact method used in the request.
