Services
Skyce iT LLC provides IT engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and personal technology support. Website content and a submitted request do not create a binding commitment. Scope, timing, and price are confirmed with you before work begins.
30-Day Workmanship Warranty
For 30 days after service completion, if the same issue returns because of our workmanship, we correct our work at no additional labor charge. Replacement parts are covered only by the manufacturer warranty. This warranty does not cover software licenses, third-party services, data loss, or new and unrelated issues.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Skyce iT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Where permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the courts located in Florida.
